Job Title: Insulation Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Insulation Supervisor to join our team at CLEAResult. As an Insulation Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise technical staff and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including training and equipment requisition
  • Estimate costs and materials, and plan and manage budgets
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and recommend personnel actions as needed
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of supervisory experience in a related field
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
  • Excellent oral communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
