Mandate


We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help support the growth of our solar products and services in North America.

We are experiencing a high level of demand for our solar design software and services after releasing our most recent extravagant features.

We have a track record of progressing SDRs to Account Executive roles.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and qualify inbound leads across various channels in all territories.
  • Aggressive outreach efforts to connect with cold clients in our database

Phone Skills & Dials:
85+ dials/day with a goal to set around appointments/week.

  • Create weekly solid pipelines with scheduled sales appointments for Account Executives
  • Become one with our sales productivity tools
  • Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Review MQL and SQL conversions on a weekly basis with department manager

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in sales or as an SDR
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce CRMs
  • Bonus, experience working with SAAS products.
