Description sommaire du poste : Tu devras agir à titre de coach, mobiliser et soutenir l'ensemble de l'équipe, effectuer des « T.O. » avec chaque client avant qu'il quitte la concession afin d'augmenter le taux de fermeture, travailler en collaboration avec le directeur des ventes en place afin de maximiser toutes les occasions de ventes, t'occuper des échanges entre les concessionnaires à l'occasion, remplacer le directeur des ventes lors d' absence, te tenir au courant des nouveautés sur le marché, des promotions et des programmes du constructeur et des institutions financières afin de s'assurer de communiquer l'information aux conseillers en vente, t'assurer que le CRM soit à jour et effectuer toutes autres tâches demandées. Nos exigences : - Détenir minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste de conseiller aux ventes dans le domaine automobile;
- Être bilingue;
- Détenir un talent de « closer » et être un bon leader;
- Détenir de l'expérience en gestion.
- Être axé sur le service à la clientèle, sur les résultats et sur le travail d'équipe;
- Avoir de très bonnes connaissances informatiques (Merlin et Activix, des atouts importants);
