Manages a wide range of confidential human resource and payroll functions.

Supports the administrative and operational functions for Rutgers Student Health ( RSH ) by serving as the primary contact for facilities issues for RSH .

Provides confidential administrative support to the Director of Administration and Operations for Rutgers Student Health.

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates knowledge and understanding of human resources, office administration, organization, coordination, facilitation, record keeping and report writing.

Two (2) years of experience in an administrative function, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Certifications/Licenses
~ A valid driver's license would be required for this position; Good communication skills and computer literacy, specifically with MS Office.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiencies in the development and maintenance of spreadsheets and databases such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
