Reinforcing this, the parish is seeking leadership and inspiration in spiritual life, education, and pastoral care. Being collaborative, empathetic and a flexible partner and leader is important. Effective connection and communication with people is vital.

The parish is wishing to grow through the identification and encouragement of individuals' gifts, both of service and of worship.

This mixed congregation averages 30-40 in weekly attendance, has a Deacon who focusses on pastoral issues, an Administrative Assistant, a part-time custodian, and a strong Lay leadership core.
