The Customer Service Advisor will engage with customers through various channels including chat, async messaging, and phone.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to adapt to different customer needs and hours of operation.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:
Provide exceptional support through chat, async messaging, and phone channels.

Effectively and confidently connect with end users (merchants) in voice and non-voice channels in a way that promotes the client's platform and prioritizes issue resolution for the merchants.

Resourceful in diagnosing and resolving merchant issues within established knowledge database and/or publicly available resources.
Proactively seeks to upskills their knowledge base by staying up to date with most recent updates.

Technical Support:
Identify, replicate, and resolve issues with POS hardware equipment

Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure successful delivery of products and services

System Enhancement:
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our systems and technologies, driving efficiency and innovation

Knowledge Sharing:
Share technical knowledge and expertise to influence and persuade others

Best Practices:
Follow industry standards and best practices to deliver high-quality work

Continuous Improvement:
Continuously improve skills and knowledge to stay ahead of the curve and exceed customer expectations

Basic Qualifications:
Experience: 1 year of experience in a customer support role or in Customer Service Delivery/Customer Contact Services

Technical Skills:
Tech-savviness with a strong understanding of office automation products, databases, and remote control

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent

Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Flexibility:
Ability to adapt to different hours of operation

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical Experience:
Experience with digital technologies.
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to use multiple tools to provide efficient resolutions.

Customer Service Channels:
Exceptional customer service experience across multiple channels (phone, email, chat).Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
Quick learners who can adapt to continuously evolving needs of both the business and the customer.
