Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and nurturing strong relationships.
Understand clients' business goals and objectives to align digital marketing strategies accordingly.
Project Management:
Oversee the seamless execution of various digital marketing projects, including websites, e-commerce sites, SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure scope of work, project timelines, budgets, and deliverables meet and exceed client expectations.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement advanced digital marketing strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, website, SEO and SEM efforts providing clients with in-depth reports and a strategic plan for improvements.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to enhance client success.Clearly communicate complex project objectives, timelines, and expectations to both internal teams and clients.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in senior account management within a digital marketing agency.
Expert understanding of digital marketing strategies, channels, and tools, with a focus on websites, e-commerce, SEO, SEM, digital advertising and social media advertising.
