About the Senior Account Manager Position

At Verndale, we're passionate about helping marketing and technology leaders connect with their customers through innovative digital experiences. As a Senior Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving our clients' success by building strong relationships, identifying business opportunities, and delivering strategic account plans that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage strategic account plans that align with clients' business goals and objectives
  • Work closely with Group Account Directors to pitch new ideas and initiatives to clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and in alignment with strategy
  • Craft detailed account plans that inform the overall direction of the program
  • Manage account portfolios and deliver concise reports and compelling presentations to key stakeholders
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in selling and delivering digital experience and marketing projects
  • Fluent French and English speaker
  • Comfort with executive-level interactions and contract negotiations
  • Ability to manage at an account portfolio level and deliver concise reports and compelling presentations
  • Previous experience in professional services a plus
