About the Senior Account Manager Position

At Verndale, we're passionate about helping marketing and technology leaders connect the dots of the consumer journey. As a Senior Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving this forward by building strong relationships, solving client business challenges, and identifying new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage strategic account plans and corresponding roadmaps to guide the relationship over time
  • Provide daily oversight and client consultation to keep projects on track
  • Ensure client satisfaction with the services delivered
  • Expand Verndale's reach and influence within each account
  • Work closely with the Group Account Director to pitch new ideas and initiatives to clients
  • Support cross-team collaboration across strategy, creative, and delivery teams to help clients achieve their goals
  • Provide strategic oversight to ensure projects are successfully completed
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in selling and delivering digital experience and marketing projects
  • Fluent French and English speaker
  • Comfort with executive-level interactions and contract negotiations
  • Ability to manage at an account portfolio level and deliver concise reports and presentations
  • Previous experience in professional services will help you learn, adapt, and grow quickly
  • Experience with e-commerce to understand client complexity and recommend new opportunities
  • Proven ability to recommend and apply industry and technical best practices
