We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team supporting our 100 locations.

As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our computer systems and networks, including supporting our Azure environment.

You will ensure the systems are running smoothly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of security and reliability.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and configure endpoints
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including those related to Office 365 and Azure services
  • Ensure data backups are performed regularly and securely, including Office 365 and Azure backups
  • Perform system upgrades and patches as needed
  • Maintain system documentation and inventory
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures, including Azure security best practices
  • Collaborate with other teams to support business operations

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, or experience in a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Systems Administrator, including experience supporting Azure, Office 365, and endpoint management
  • Deep knowledge of core Microsoft products such as Windows Server, Active Directory, and Remote Desktop Services
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMWare and Hyper-V
  • Knowledge of networking protocols and security best practices, including those specific to Azure, Office 36
  • Experience with Azure services such as VMs, Azure AD, Azure Networking, App Services, and Azure Storage
  • Experience with Office 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams
  • Experience with endpoint management such as device management, software deployment, and policy configuration
  • Excellent problemsolving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
