In this role, you will:

  • Monitor ticketing system for incoming requests and resolve or delegate accordingly.
  • Act as a liaison with software vendors, track and follow up on support requests and product deficiencies.
  • Analyze, document, and evaluate software information to provide solutions and continuous improvements.
  • Maintain and update software programs.
  • Review and make recommendations on enduser license agreements.

You have:

  • Completion of a diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology Management
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Data Analyst or in program management or project management
  • Track record of Microsoft certifications
  • Excellent analytical and technical reporting skills
  • Experience with OfficeSpace, BMS, AutoCAD is an asset.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
