Stasgiaire Coordonnateur modifications Projet REM pour le système SLV (signalisation et courant faible).

**Vos responsabilités**

Sous le management direct du PrOM (Project Operational Manager), les responsabilités du Stagiaire Coordonnateur modifications Projet REMincluent:

- Animer la revue des modifications internes et externes en présence des différents sous-systèmes SLV (au Canada et autres sites Alstom)
- Suivre la production des analyses QCD (Qualité, coût, délais) entre les différentes entités du système des travaux
- Assurer le suivi d'implémentation des modifications
- Assister le PrOM dans l'exécution opérationnelle du projet
- Assister le PrOM dans la gestion des risques et opportunites.

**Votre profil**

Formation:
Diplôme d'Ingénieur, idéalement en génie électrique ou équivalent

Idéalement en dernière année de Baccalauréat ou en Master

Expérience & Connaissance Technique:
Connaissance des systèmes ferroviaires

Expérience et intérêt pour la Gestion de projet

Compétence techniques et comportementales:

- Français et Anglais courants, écrit et oral
- Connaissance de l'environnement ferroviaires et de ses règles de l'art
- Intérêt pour la résolution de problèmes techniques
- Sens de l'organisation ; intérêt pour la mise en place d'outils de pilotage efficients
- Aisance sous MS Excel (Power Query serait un atout)
- Bonne coordination et collaboration
- Application de la discipline et des processus Alstom
- Utilisation d'indicateurs de performance
- Utilisation de l'expérience et des techniques acquises de l'industrie
- Enthousiasme et créateur d'enthousiasme
- Travail en équipe dans un contexte international, avec des partenaires sur différents sites (Inde, France, Espagne, Canada )
