We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Project Analyst to join our Global Transportation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our manager in ongoing optimization projects, focusing on reducing costs and lead times in our outbound transportation network. You will also oversee the movement and storage of goods from suppliers to retail outlets, ensuring timely delivery and reporting weekly on carrier performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in end-to-end supply chain projects, including preparation of detailed project plans, lead time and financial analysis, and identification of opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage project streams and deliverables, including defining the approach and process, coordinating across cross-functional teams, and monitoring results.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations to communicate with internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain weekly and monthly KPIs to showcase opportunities for better cost and operational control.
  • Audit and process invoices and CSV files on a weekly basis.
  • Support the manager and team with ad-hoc analytics and internal requests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Project Management, or an analytical field.
  • One to three years of experience in an analyst role, or new graduates with meaningful internship experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to clearly articulate results and provide recommendations.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand and challenge business processes.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to business leaders.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with an agile working style.
