Maya HTT is on the lookout for motivated professionals to enhance our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) division. As a Project Manager, you will work in tandem with both technical and sales teams to provide tailored PLM solutions for our clientele. Your role will encompass overseeing various projects, liaising with clients and internal teams, managing project finances, and keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
Core Responsibilities:
- Engage with technical and sales teams to define project goals and deliverables.
- Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with client representatives, solution architects, and PLM specialists to fulfill project requirements.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation efficiently.
- Create project plans that align with defined scopes and resource requirements.
- Utilize Agile or waterfall methodologies to develop and maintain comprehensive project plans.
- Deliver regular updates on project strategies, modifications, and overall progress to stakeholders.
- Implement best practices to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
- Track project progress, identify variances, and adjust plans as necessary.
- Coordinate with the finance team to facilitate monthly invoicing of purchase orders.
Candidate Profile:
- At least 2 years of experience in IT or PLM project management.
- Educational background in IT, project management, mechanical/software/electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Agile or waterfall methodologies; PMP certification is advantageous.
- Understanding of PLM, IT, CAD, and CAM is beneficial.
- Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or similar sectors is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel, and project management software.
