What you will do as our new Sales Enablement Trainer:
Design, develop and manage onboarding and continuous learning programs for our sales functions.

  • Company & Sales Onboarding:
  • Collaborate with our sales leaders to learn processes and functions
  • Determine key outcomes for new hires
  • Use company SME's to design & develop content
  • Design and develop asynchronous onboarding courses in Instructure Canvas
  • Manage enrollment and completions of the course, with results to be provided to corresponding supervisors
  • Collaborate with supervisors to define individual knowledgegaps and necessary personalized remediation
  • Sales Effectiveness
  • Centralize training and support for all learning materials
  • Use an array of design & development tools to produce a variety of materials that promote learning through selfstudy, practice, and performance support
  • Implement new processes and tools to increase the efficiency of our global Sales teams while removing as many obstacles as possible from their current workflow
  • Develop and curate all content for our sales team, including playbooks, training, marketing, and product material, to ensure that all information is easily and readily available
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to translate their knowledge into effective learning experiences for our salesfacing teams
  • Leverage rapid, agile development techniques and processes to create learning for a rapidly changing environment
  • Training & Administration
  • Participate/present in sales meetings as requested
  • Seek continuous feedback on the effectiveness of the tools
  • Communicate updates effectively and efficiently

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field
  • 3+ years in instructional design, preferably in a corporate environment
  • 12+ years experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager seller with a strong understanding of what is means to be in a sales role to drive revenue and understands the pain points that can be alleviated in an asset
  • Previous experience training adult learners
  • Expert efficiencies in MS Office Suite
  • Expertlevel competences in a variety of design tools
  • Intermediate experience publishing and tracking eLearning courses in a Learning Management System
  • Basic experience with video editing and recording software
  • Excellent planning, program management and documentation skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Great teammate with an easy communications style able to prioritize multiple programs and requests in a multifaceted, growing company where cultural change is a norm; flexible and adaptable to changing requirements
  • Be able to work both independently and in a distributed team setting
  • Skilled writer, communicator and leader—able to give and receive feedback positively
  • Able to lead deadline situations with diplomacy and tact

What would give you an edge in this role:

  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and processes to increase revenue
  • Experience working in a fastpaced global SaaS company or delivery of global training programs
  • Being comfortable working with an entrepreneurial mindset with mínimal guidance
