Permanent, Full-Time, US or CanadaRole OverviewYou will be a key figure in the Corrections (Montreal) sales organization, focused on empowering sales teams with the necessary knowledge, materials, and tools to enhance their selling abilities.

This role involves creating comprehensive training programs, sales playbooks, and educational content to ensure sales representatives are well-equipped to engage with prospects and customers effectively.

Your responsibilitiesAct as a liaison between the sales, marketing, product teams and senior managementCreate content specific to the sales teamTrain and mentor sales reps and channel partners on how to use sales enablement contentOrganize and update sales enablement contentUse Salesforce to track sales performance and generate relevant reportsConduct market research and gathering feedbackStay current with sales enablement tools, technologies, and trends to recommend and implement relevant solutions that enhance the sales team's capabilitiesIdentify gaps in sales processes and performance and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectivenessWork with marketing and product teams to ensure sales collateral, presentations, and materials are up-to-date and aligned with messagingCreate and manage partner training programs and regional sales initiatives10% travel requiredMust havesExperience in sales program management requiredBachelors degree preferred with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar roleIdeal candidate would understand selling process for technical/engineered solutionsPerks401k MatchBenefits at no cost to employee or dependents- health, dental + vision
