As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team and support upper management with day-to-day operations.
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist upper management with daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Enter invoices and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Desktop.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with property management tasks, including coordinating maintenance and repairs.
- Manage scheduling for staff and upper management.
- Draft and manage leases and other contractual documents.
- Perform general office duties, including filing, copying, and data entry.
- Provide administrative support during meetings, including taking minutes and preparing materials.
- Coordinate special projects and events as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of property management and lease writing is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour
