We procure branded specialty ingredients from top manufacturers worldwide, and our team of experts provide valuable technical support including pre-mixing, blending, ingredient formulation, and testing from our advanced formulation centers and application laboratories.

With a turnover of $5 billion, the company has a workforce of more than 2,600 individuals globally, catering to over 25,000 customers.You will play a key role in driving profitable and sustainable growth in your Inside Sales Account Manager position by establishing and nurturing customer relationships to drive business growth and profitability.
In addition, you will be responsible for managing accounts or product lines to align with key sales activities.Critical results:
- Provide accurate sales forecasts to support informed business decisions
- Collaborate with marketing and the MAG group for lead generation and qualification
- Assess sales practices and procedures to ensure their effectiveness in driving sales, making necessary adjustments when required
- Propose and implement enhancements to current sales practices and procedures as deemed necessary
- Address and resolve escalated customer complaints
- Responsibilities:
- Strive to meet designated sales targets
- Establish and maintain an efficient lead nurturing and sales closure process
- Utilize market analysis tools to understand customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities
- Liaise with Sales team regarding any product issues, seeking their involvement for immediate resolution
- Update customers on supplier, product, and documentation changes through appropriate communication channels
- About You:
- Education / Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, business management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in an internal sales role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and CRM software
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to different audiences
