RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and grow the sales for an assigned territory working from the Burlington office
  • Gather competitive and market intel from the field for Commercial Development and Sales Management to guide market strategy
  • Prepare and issue documentation related to quotes, orders and call reports
  • Enter customer orders into the Samuel ERP system
  • Support and follow up on product knowledge, literature or technical support requests for recovered and existing customers
  • Adhere to pricing guidelines, comanaged with regional and sales manager
  • Qualify current customers for new business opportunities
  • Identify atrisk businesses and report findings to sales reps or management
  • Manage customer contact information, prospects, and opportunities through Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Additional duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Possess about 35 years of experience
  • Experience selling in an inside sales environment and/or demonstrated success working with customers will involve c oldcalling
  • Postsecondary Business or Technical degree/diploma preferred but not a requirement
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and administrative skills
  • Bilingual is an asset (English & French)
  • Technically proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as JD Edwards or D36
