Kitchener, Ontario, Canada U Save Flooring Full time

U Save Flooring is looking for a reliable office administrator with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Average 20-25 hours per week including one day on the weekend.

Duties

  • Responsible for entering orders from the sales team into the POS
  • Enter receiving into the system and reconcile with payable invoices
  • File documents and paperwork etc.
  • Create sales tags for new products and price changes
  • Assist with merchandising the showroom
- answering phones and re-direct calls

  • Other daily administrative tasks as required

Skill Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in office administration is required
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Possess an understanding and working knowledge of MS Office to include Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to multitask in a fast past environment
  • Ability to work alone or as a team player
  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills and effective time management skills required
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fastpaced environment with mínimal supervision
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to count cash and reconcile day end sales in a timely manner
