About the role
The role of Program Coordinator was created to provide coordination and logístical services to support orientation and training
activities for Members of Parliament and their employees and to ensure communications with partners and clients. The Program
Coordinator is also responsible for liaising with the various content experts and working groups involved in the program. As such,
they are responsible for the revision, dissemination, and management of documentation and materials. They are also responsible for
follow-up tools and processes to support the development, delivery, and improvement of the Members Orientation Program.

clients and partners within their organization.

What you need Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Office Administration, Project Management or an

Education
acceptable combination of education, training and relevant experience.

  • Experience in developing, documenting and updating processes and mechanisms (including tracking
sheets, logs and project plans) to report on activities like project milestones, process changes, etc.;

  • Experience and knowledge in principles, practices, and methodologies of project management and/or
events management;

Experience Experience in preparing logistics for training activities, such as scheduling, reserving rooms and
- equipment and sending materials;

  • Experience in creating and preparing tools and templates.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)

Other Experience participating in projects related to training programs will be considered an asset.
