Base Salary Range

Our client is an innovative startup revolutionizing the photography industry. They are seeking a dedicated Influencer Marketing Coordinator to enhance their marketing efforts. If you are passionate about social media, enjoy crafting content, collaborating with influencers, and are eager to independently shape a brand's narrative, we would love to hear from you.

Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development (70% of the role):

  1. Create and deliver captivating content for various social media platforms, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram Reels.
  2. Produce a minimum of 5 content pieces weekly.
  3. Leverage tools such as ElevenLabs and CapCut to enhance content quality.
  4. Stay informed on social media trends and explore new features to keep content innovative and engaging.
  5. Ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels.

Community and Social Management (10% of the role):

  1. Track and evaluate social media performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve outcomes.
  2. Respond promptly to comments and direct messages across brand platforms.
  3. Engage with the online community, fostering strong relationships and involving team members when needed.

Influencer Marketing (20% of the role):

  1. Identify and evaluate potential affiliate partners using tools like Hypeauditor.
  2. Conduct outreach and cultivate relationships with influencers, addressing their inquiries and coordinating collaborations.
Success Metrics:
  1. Engaging Content: Successfully creating and publishing at least 5 high-quality content pieces weekly that resonate with the audience and drive engagement.
  2. Community Engagement: Building and nurturing a vibrant online community through active interaction and timely responses.
  3. Influencer Partnerships: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, resulting in successful collaborations that enhance brand visibility.
  4. Strategic Adjustments: Utilizing analytics to monitor performance and making strategic adjustments to optimize social media presence and content effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Camera Presence (preferred): Confidence and effectiveness in front of the camera.
  2. Social Media Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding and enthusiasm for major social media platforms.
  3. Proactivity: Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  4. Writing Proficiency: Strong ability to craft compelling narratives and content.
  5. Content Creation Tools: Proficiency in using tools like Canva, CapCut, and ElevenLabs.
