We are in search of a proficient Marketing Operations Coordinator to optimize our marketing workflows, oversee automation processes, and integrate diverse marketing tools for peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Automation Oversight: Supervise marketing automation processes, ensuring data integrity and evaluating campaign effectiveness.
  • Operational Streamlining: Sustain effective marketing operations and address any process inefficiencies.
  • Automation Implementation: Establish new automations and integrations via Zapier to enhance internal workflows.
  • Performance Review: Conduct regular assessments of campaign performance and deliver insights to refine marketing tactics.
  • Collaborative Communication: Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive operations and effective information exchange.
  • LMS Knowledge: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), particularly Kartra, is a plus.

  • Streamlined Operations: Achieve efficient marketing processes that boost team productivity.
  • Effective Automations: Successfully deploy automations and integrations that enhance workflow and campaign management.
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain a precise marketing database that facilitates effective targeting and personalization.
  • Campaign Optimization: Elevate campaign performance through thorough analysis and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in marketing operations with a proven success record.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in utilizing APIs, Zapier, and GoHighLevel for automation and process enhancement.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English.
  • Analytical Expertise: Solid analytical skills to assess campaign performance across various platforms and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Longevity in Roles: Demonstrated stability in previous positions, with at least 2 years at a single organization.
  • Additional Skills: Experience with LMS, specifically Kartra, is advantageous.
