Account Executive, Innovative Solutions Team


Intergalactic is an award-winning creative tech agency specializing in innovative web, mobile and experiential solutions with the goal of becoming the best in the world.

We're looking for someone who loves technology and gets excited talking to prospective clients about the capabilities and solutions that applied technology provides.

You are performance driven and not afraid to make a call, investigate on LinkedIn or network to make new connections.

You also have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and account growth in an agency setting.


Reporting to the Director of Innovation and Strategic Partnerships, you have a knack for finding new contacts and building them into valuable relationships.

And when the time is right, you have the innate ability to recognize the opportunity, seize the moment and convert this relationship into another satisfied client.

When all is said and done, you are able to look back and show your clients the value of working with Intergalactic, leaving them to seek more opportunities to work with you again.

You are someone who has deep and varied knowledge of digital production and creative technology in enterprise, marketing and the events industries.


In addition to working your magic with potential and existing clients, you have the business acumen and experience to read the landscape and put together a high-return sales strategy.

This strategy would include enriching yet attainable targets, and a succinct plan to follow.

Once the plan executes, you can identify resources at your disposal to execute the plan, finding extra ways to increase your return along the way.


You have the experience to admit: You can't achieve success by yourself. You understand that by involving key team members that you can elevate your hunting-game and increase your opportunity-to-sale conversion rate.

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Have a deep understanding of the business landscape
  • Perform targeted outreach activities to develop new business relationships and opportunities
  • Work with senior team members to identify and resolve pipeline risks
  • Prepare monthly sales projections, updated and presented on a weekly basis
  • Manage and cultivate productive relationships with existing clients and address their objectives through incremental business
  • Research and identify new market opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver pitch presentations to potential clients
  • When RFP opportunities present themselves, you can put together compelling responses
  • Work with Marketing or the leadership team to develop promotional materials and strategies in order to attract additional clients and partner organizations
  • Foster a collaborative culture within the organization

Ideal Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales and proven account growth in an agency
  • Deep knowledge of digital production and creative technology
  • Experience selling into enterprise, real estate, and events organizations

Bonus points if you have experience with:

  • Hubspot
  • Adobe Illustrator and/or InDesign
This is a full-time permanent position based out of our Vancouver, BC office.
