HQHR, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team.

As a Sales Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and effectively selling telecom products and services.


In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including businesses of all sizes and industries.

You will be responsible for understanding and addressing client needs, providing customized solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

As a key member of our sales team, you will also collaborate closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and crossselling telecom products and services.
  • Prospect and acquire new clients by utilizing research, networking, and cold calling techniques.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies to generate leads and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to identify their business goals and challenges, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the benefits of our telecom products and services.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions, ensuring a winwin situation for both the client and the company.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, competitors, and new technologies to continuously enhance your knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achievement in sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with clients.
  • Excellent problemsolving and criticalthinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and detailoriented.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
