**Position**: Part-time Employee

**Salary**: $16.00/hour + tips

**Required Qualities**:

- Extremely enthusiastic with an outgoing personality
- Ability to follow precise regulations
- Organized and self-sufficient, capable of managing the store alone
- Effective stress management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Aptitude for resourcefulness
- Ability to multitask and work effectively both independently and in a team

**Language Skills**: Fluent in spoken and written English and French, a third language would be an asset.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide top-notch customer service
- Prepare desserts and other products efficiently and aesthetically
- Maintain cleanliness in the store
- Ensure proper functioning of machines
- Follow opening and closing procedures of the store
- Perform preparation tasks and inventory management

**Recruitment Process**:
