About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Ice Cream Counter Attendant at Baskin-Robbins. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Ice Cream Sales: Operate the ice cream counter, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Inventory Management: Restock ice cream and supplies as needed, ensuring adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive team environment.
  • Store Maintenance: Assist with maintaining a clean and safe store environment, including cleaning equipment, floors, and restrooms.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Language: Fluency in English or French.
