Job Title: Ice Cream Counter Attendant

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Ice Cream Counter Attendant to join our team at Baskin-Robbins

Job Summary:

The Ice Cream Counter Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and making change as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the ice cream counter, floors, and restrooms.
  • Restock shelves and supplies as needed, and maintain a well-stocked ice cream counter.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and inviting store environment.
  • Assist with inventory management, including counting and reconciling inventory, and reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Support the team in achieving sales goals and objectives, and participate in promotions and events as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
