Job Summary:

The Ice Cream Counter Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate the cash register, handling cash, credit card transactions, and making change as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the ice cream counter, floors, and restrooms.
  • Restock supplies, including ice cream, toppings, and condiments, as needed.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and inviting store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a customer service or food service role.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
