Zensurance - Senior Brand Manager

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Senior Brand Manager will play a key role in ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing, UX, and Engineering teams, as well as external partners, to strategize and enhance the brand's positioning and future opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish Zensurance as a top commercial insurance broker for small businesses.
  • Develop and maintain the Zensurance brand creatively across various channels.
  • Oversee brand aesthetics and creative design direction.
  • Analyze competition, define brand metrics, and drive awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on messaging strategy.
  • Create brand guidelines based on extensive research.
  • Lead multimedia ideation and execution for brand development.
  • Personalize messaging through customer segmentation.
  • Identify brand media opportunities and manage projects.
  • Define brand values, mission, and strategy.
  • Coordinate creative testing with the UX team.
  • Manage various ad channels for brand promotion.
  • Ensure brand attribution across stakeholders.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • University degree or college diploma in relevant field.
  • 5+ years of brand management experience.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide strategic insights.
  • Experience in guiding creative strategies.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of user research theory and testing.
  • Experience with paid media platforms and advertising.
  • Marketing experience in B2C or small business B2B.
  • Exposure to graphic design, photography, and videography.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
  • Ability to drive brand adaptation across stakeholders.
