Now, we're in search of a Senior Brand Design Manager to drive the expansion of our brand and Marketing strategies.

Please keep in mind that we operate on a hybrid model, working in-office twice weekly.
Responsibilities:- Manage and enhance Relay's visual brand ensuring all assets maintain high quality and alignment with our brand
- Develop and execute design strategies across marketing channels with a focus on expanding Relay's brand presence
- Analyze the impact of Relay's brand designs in the market and how they contribute to business growth
- Collaborate with various teams within marketing such as Content, Community, Growth, and Events to ensure successful campaign launches
- Lead and grow a team of designers to enhance brand design scalability
- Establish and manage a process playbook for design projects, ensuring timely delivery of on-brand results
- Oversee the creation of a wide range of visual assets, from campaign direction to web design and print materials
- Communicate progress, risks, and blockers within the Brand Design function to other team leaders
- Engage in collaborations with Sales, People, and Product teams to provide design vision and asset support
- Understand our market and customers deeply to evolve Relay's visual storytelling in alignment with business objectives
- Must have 7+ years of design experience covering various formats
- Proficient in visual storytelling, creative conceptualization, and design execution with a strong portfolio showcasing the ability to drive brand impact
- Experience in leading design teams to deliver high-quality work on time
- Passionate about driving business growth through marketing strategies and impactful design
- Expertise in one of the major design platforms like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop
- Ability to conduct customer research and incorporate insights into design strategies
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Organized with a track record in managing teams through multiple deadlines
- Experience in editorial design, illustration, or front-end web development
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams that contribute to growth through design
- Prior exposure to startup or high-growth environments
