Purpose:
Contributes to the success of Controls and Monitoring at Contact Centres in Canada and international Canadian Banking support sites in Colombia, Dominican Republic, and Mexico, ensuring individual goals are met in alignment with business strategies.

Ensures all activities are compliant with regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

Accountabilities:
  • Champions a customer-centric culture to enhance client relationships leveraging Bank resources.
  • Contributes to the Voice Authentication program's management and administration according to set priorities, including daily review of voiceprints and analysis of trends.
  • Supports the development of reports and analysis models to provide decision-makers with valuable insights.
  • Manages suspected fraud cases, triages requests for support, and escalates issues as needed.
  • Engages in preliminary investigations of fraud alerts and ensures operational controls are effective.

Dimensions:
  • The Fraud Prevention & Investigations team handles account takeovers, manages fraud prevention strategies, and provides reporting on fraud activities.

Requirements:
  • University degree in a related field or 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Capacity to adapt quickly to changes and learn new concepts.
  • Interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice to have:
  • Experience in Branch or Contact Centre operations.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
  • Knowledge of call compliance and quality assurance.
  • Background in fraud investigation in the financial sector.
  • Certified Fraud Examiner designation.
