Job Summary:

Mier Human Capital is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing business support, leadership, and stewardship to sales and management for the division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Support: Provide financial guidance and support to sales and management teams to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business decision-making.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in a distribution environment.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: CPA or CMA designation is an asset.
