Nous recherchons des personnes enthousiastes et responsables pour rejoindre notre équipe en tant que moniteurs de camp d'été. En tant que moniteur, vous serez responsable de la sécurité, du bien-être et du plaisir de nos campeurs pendant leur expérience de camp d'été. Vous devrez diriger et participer à une large gamme d'activités et servir de modèle positif pour nos campeurs. Il s'agit d'un poste saisonnier qui nécessitera une disponibilité pendant les mois d'été.
**Fonctions et responsabilités**:
- Créer un environnement sûr, favorable et stimulant pour les campeurs.
- Planifier et mettre en œuvre un programme quotidien et hebdomadaire
- Diriger et participer à une variété d'activités de camp, y compris les sports, les arts et l'artisanat, les jeux et les aventures en plein air.
- Mettre en place l'équipement ou le matériel nécessaire à une activité et nettoyer après le programme.
- Signaler toutes les informations nécessaires aux superviseurs, principalement au coordinateur.
- Tenir les registres requis et préparer les rapports correspondants ;
- Rapporter et enregistrer les détails des incidents, tels que les accidents ou les violations des règles.
- Encourager les campeurs à essayer de nouvelles choses et à participer aux activités de groupe.
- surveiller le comportement des campeurs et s'assurer que les règles du camp sont respectées
- Apporter un soutien émotionnel et des conseils aux campeurs, le cas échéant.

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Summer Day Camp Counsellors. As a counsellor, you will be responsible for the safety, well-being, and enjoyment of our campers during their summer camp experience. You will be expected to lead and participate in a wide range of activities and serve as a positive role model for our campers. This is a seasonal position that will require availability during the summer months.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Provide a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for campers
- Plan and implement a daily, weekly schedule
- Lead and participate in a variety of camp activities, including sports, arts and crafts, games, and outdoor adventures
- Sets up equipment or materials needed for an activity and cleans up after the program.
- Report back all necessary information to supervisors; primarily the coordinator
- Reporting and recording details of incidents, such as accidents or rule violations.
- Maintains required logs and prepares related reports
- Encourage campers to try new things and participate in group activities
- Monitor campers' behavior and ensure that camp rules are being followed
- Provide emotional support and guidance to campers as needed
- Collaborate with other counselors
- Maintain a clean and organized living space for campers and staff
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing all related tasks as needed.
**Educational Requirements**:
High school diploma, equivalent, or active enrollment in school.
