Job Summary

The Associate Program Manager (APM) will play a critical role in managing and coordinating CAMP's service activities with a key business partner. This position will act as a liaison between CAMP and a leading engine manufacturer, enhancing communication and coordination to support the delivery of CAMP's core services and contractual commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate service activities with the business partner, ensuring seamless execution of contractual commitments.
  • Act as a liaison between CAMP and the business partner, facilitating communication and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including technical subject matter experts, customer support teams, and product management and software development teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment of goals and objectives.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to improve CAMP's services and offerings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a relevant technical field or industry, with knowledge of gas turbine engine performance and/or business aviation industry a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or closely related field, with a combination of education and experience in aviation or a relevant field considered.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with experience working in an Agile software environment.
  • Outstanding data analysis skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including interacting, gaining credibility, building relationships with, and influencing others at all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed.
  • Exceptional listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and structured thinking and execution.
  • High level of independent judgment and proactivity.
