Job Summary
The Associate Program Manager (APM) will play a critical role in managing and coordinating CAMP's service activities with a key business partner. This position will act as a liaison between CAMP and a leading engine manufacturer, enhancing communication and coordination to support the delivery of CAMP's core services and contractual commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate service activities with the business partner, ensuring seamless execution of contractual commitments.
- Act as a liaison between CAMP and the business partner, facilitating communication and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including technical subject matter experts, customer support teams, and product management and software development teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment of goals and objectives.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to improve CAMP's services and offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a relevant technical field or industry, with knowledge of gas turbine engine performance and/or business aviation industry a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or closely related field, with a combination of education and experience in aviation or a relevant field considered.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with experience working in an Agile software environment.
- Outstanding data analysis skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including interacting, gaining credibility, building relationships with, and influencing others at all levels of the organization.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed.
- Exceptional listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and structured thinking and execution.
- High level of independent judgment and proactivity.
