Job Summary
The Enrollment Analyst role encompasses a blend of technical and client-facing duties. The primary technical responsibility involves ensuring that new aircraft configurations and maintenance programs are accurately entered into CAMP Systems software, which is utilized for tracking and managing aircraft maintenance and inventory. This position also requires the assessment of data templates and publications to confirm system accuracy in accordance with established OEM maintenance programs.
Beyond the technical responsibilities of enrolling new aircraft, the Enrollment Analyst must actively engage with customers to guarantee the accuracy of aircraft information and its timely delivery within established service agreements. The analyst will communicate with clients to collect necessary information, address inquiries or concerns regarding the enrollment process, and ensure a positive customer experience. The Enrollment Analyst serves as a crucial interface during the customer onboarding process.

Responsibilities
- Enroll new aircraft into the CAMP application using customer and/or manufacturer-provided documentation, adhering to CAMP‐OPS‐100, CAMP‐OPS‐110, and specific aircraft model checklists.
- Implement the inspection and maintenance schedule for assigned aircraft in compliance with regulatory authority requirements, customer specifications, and maintenance documentation.
- Evaluate, analyze, and interpret relevant data, including ADs, SBs, maintenance logs, etc.
- Conduct quality checks on enrollments to assess data input, ensuring proper implementation in accordance with CAMP procedures and customer expectations.
- Review and collaborate with clients to implement their specific Maintenance Inspection Program.
- Ensure that customer data is updated promptly and accurately.
- Prioritize tasks based on project timelines and current workload.
- Review and implement customer-requested changes effectively.
- Maintain constant and effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the enrollment process.
- Manage and update relevant databases at enrollment milestones to ensure accuracy and notify others of changes.
- Address customer inquiries regarding maintenance programs.
- Ensure customers are fully informed about the web-based applications, including their efficiencies and functionalities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and aviation experience that enables successful job performance.
- An A & P license or two to five years of relevant aircraft experience is preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Proficient computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel) are required.
