**What you will do in the position**:

- Manage all incoming customer calls for order placement, order status, invoicing questions, and technical support. The latter will be forwarded to office technical staff.
- Process customer orders in Microsoft AX system.
- Support office logistics processes including some receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Support parent company office inquiries involving inventory, accounting, and specific customer orders.
- Monitor, manage, and purchase office supplies and parts inventory.
- Manage facility cleaning and simple facility maintenance items.

**What you will need to succeed in this position**:

- Minimum 4 years customer service experience required.
- French speaking required
- 2-year college degree preferred.

**Ce que vous ferez dans le poste**:

- Gérer tous les appels clients entrants pour passer une commande, l'état de la commande, les questions de facturation et l'assistance technique. Ce dernier sera transmis au personnel technique du bureau.
- Traiter les commandes des clients dans le système Microsoft AX.
- Soutenir les processus logistiques du bureau, y compris certains processus de réception et de prélèvement, emballage et expédition.
- Prise en charge des demandes de renseignements du bureau de la société mère concernant l'inventaire et la comptabilité, et les commandes clients spécifiques.
- Surveiller, gérer et acheter des fournitures de bureau et inventaire des pièces.

**Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir dans ce poste**:

- Minimum 4 ans d'expérience en service client requis.
- Francophone requis
- Diplôme universitaire de 2 ans préféré.
