Job Summary:

The Customer Service Role plays a crucial part in our success - we truly appreciate this role and consider it essential. Our expertise lies in delivering exceptional customer service, engaging with our store customers, providing top-notch product education, and discussing vendor offerings.

We are currently looking to hire Full-Time and Part-Time Customer Service Representatives, with occasional openings for short-term contract positions (2 weeks).

Key Responsibilities of the Job

  • Interact with customers to ensure a positive customer experience that respects their time.
  • Engage actively with customers on the floor, addressing their needs promptly.
  • Carry out product presentation tasks in line with Company/Vendor standards (e.g., restocking, inventory management).
  • Utilize Vendor technology to enhance kiosk operations and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Undertake cleaning duties as necessary to upkeep the Kiosk's appearance.
  • Be willing to work flexibly, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Be prepared to handle boxes weighing up to 15 lbs or less, as required.
  • Work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
