Position SummaryThe Service coordinator position is responsible for managing repair tickets, coordinating with technicians and subcontractors, remote troubleshooting and assistance, recording information accurately and follow up with customers regarding the resolution of the repair ticket.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesWork with Service Manager to coordinate the activities of the Service department.
Serve as the liaison between Service, Sales, and the customer.
