Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at BOLA HEALTHCARE SERVICE INC.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Scheduling: Manage schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure timely arrivals and departures.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, reports, and other documents.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. They will be required to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
