This attentive person is our hotel's tourism expert:
he or she knows the best Italian restaurant, keeps abreast of new exhibitions and can create a tailor-made romantic package in no time.
His welcoming personality and desire to do things right reflect on the whole team and on the people he meets.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Take an interest in our guests so as to ask the right questions to understand what they are looking for and advise them appropriately.
- Respond to their requests with enthusiasm and eagerness and be their point of contact with the outside world: make a restaurant reservation, buy tickets for an activity, find the right relaxation package, etc.
- Write a welcome message, make a room delivery or other courteous gesture to make guests' experience memorable.
- Be in constant communication with the front desk, reservations and catering team to do everything possible to offer a personalized experience to our guests.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Hotel diploma and Clefs d'or, assets
