About the Role

As a Home Concierge Companion, you will play a vital role in supporting seniors in their own homes, ensuring they feel connected and valued. Your primary responsibility will be to provide emotional support and non-medical services that enhance the lives of our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support seniors with daily activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and social activities.
  • Develop personalized plans of support to meet the unique needs and interests of each member.
  • Provide transportation to appointments or outings, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience.
  • Engage in activities that promote mental and physical well-being, such as exercise, hobbies, or simply spending quality time together.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with seniors and their families.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid G-class driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate changing schedules.
