About the Role

The Corporate Concierge will serve as the point of contact and provide administrative support to our unit. This role requires a high level of organization, time management, and customer service skills.

  • Manage multiple corporate floors and employee lounge areas.
  • Support executives onsite to ensure satisfaction and resolution of any issues.
  • Setup conference rooms, including regular maintenance of white boards and occasional heavy lifting.
  • Manage meeting room calendars, schedule audio-visual equipment, and train end users.
  • Check equipment (printers, copiers, etc.) and manage any service or repairs.
  • Manage supplies, tidy café, and meet with vendors.
  • Setup and cleanup of catering/refreshment orders.
  • Empty dishwashers and return clean dishes to cupboards.
  • Sort mail and update folders with staff changes.
  • Order stationery and maintain printer supplies.
  • Inspect facilities daily, checking for stains, lights, and repairs.

Requirements

  • Relevant post-secondary education and 1-year of experience in office administration.
  • Strong skills in time management, organization, and project management.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the willingness to be flexible.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
