About the position:

If you're a Sales Enablement Manager rockstar, iLobby is looking for you to establish a top-notch training and enablement program for our Sales, Business Development, and Customer Experience teams. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product and Product Marketing to create curriculum supporting current and future products, ensuring that our client-facing teams are well-informed and prepared to interact with prospects and clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in Sales Enablement or a similar role within a B2B SaaS company, bringing enthusiasm for Sales performance and effective enablement strategies.

The ideal candidate will stand out if they have spearheaded enablement or training programs from inception to completion and have experience as a Sales or Account Executive with quotas. This role is based in Toronto, offering a hybrid work environment allowing for office and remote work.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product leadership to improve team performance
  • Develop a strategic training framework for iLobby's teams
  • Create and implement a training program for client-facing team members
  • Work with HR for broader training projects
  • Establish performance indicators for enablement activities
  • Conduct call listening for performance assessment
  • Maintain documentation on sales processes and best practices
  • Deliver training sessions and update content as needed

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement at a B2B SaaS company
  • Prior Sales experience would be beneficial
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and learning principles
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high growth environment
