About The Role

Our Client Strategies Division is seeking a client-focused Sales Enablement Specialist.

This position is a Permanent Full-Time position that will provide support to the Cross-sell Officer and be a member of the Chief Sales Officer team.

In this role, you will primarily support and lead cross-selling initiatives in Ontario and Atlantic and help continuing to build a cross-sell culture at HUB.

This role needs someone who is highly analytical, personable and can manage multiple tasks at once with ease.

What You'll Do

Creation of monthly cross-sell scorecard: won opportunities, pipeline value, leaderboards (by Commercial Lines & Employee Benefits &Retirement lines of business), opportunities created through campaigns, cross-sell initiatives, tools and resources

Connecting with all commercial and EB&R sales colleagues to identify competencies (industry specialty, geography, demographic, etc.) - through interviews and regular follow ups

Identify and remove cross-sell barriers to enable success

Creation and distribution of sales tools related to cross-sell (education and training materials on value proposition, sales scripts)

Connecting producers from multiple business lines based on identified competencies

Meeting frequently with the Cross-sell Officer to align on producer lists, producer assignments and properly leveraging institutional knowledge

Implement and oversee all cross-sell related campaigns an initiatives (e.g., sales contests, vertical integration, etc.)

Monthly check points will all line of business managers/team leads

Triage all leads to ensure proper assignment and holding producers accountable for identified leads

Operational workflow management for lead generation, regular update meetings, CORE utilization, pipeline reporting

Promoting CORE adoption

Participate in Critical Path and stewardship meetings

Participate in Employee Benefits/Commercial Lines sales meetings

Work with Sales Resources Managers to manage and track pipeline in the CORE system

What You'll Need for Success

Full understanding of HUB structure and vision

5 year sales enablement experience

Strong growth mindset

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Proven experience in sales process and account management

Experience in cross-selling and collaborating with different lines of business

Ability to learn quickly and adapts well to change

Excellent analytical skills

Ability to articulate a value proposition in a concise manner
