We are looking for a
Key Account Manager based at our Head Office in
North York, Ontario reporting into the VP of Sales & Marketing.
This role is responsible for driving sales profitability across a grouping of categories and is a fantastic opportunity to help plan, develop and execute these plans to continue the growth of the Aurora Importing portfolio.

A day in the life of a Key Account Manager
As a Key Account Manager, you will be working on National Accounts working with our customers. This role is a great opportunity to grow and develop your Sales experience.
You will be involved in strategic planning in line with the growth and success of Aurora, as well as promotional activities, monitoring sales targets and forecasts.
You will be working daily with cross-functional teams to make your plans come to life with lots of autonomy and support to really thrive.
You will also:
- Develop and achieve the sales business plan for the business by implementing the strategy, managing total trade spend by category, and achieving agreed shelf, distribution and promotional targets.
- Analyse, identify, monitor and address specific issues to achieve Aurora's goals for sales, commercial spend, share, distribution, and operating budgets.
- Develop and implement trade promotion strategies and tactical plans with the customer.
- Proactively monitor and update the customer's overall business plan, including managing trade budgets, spending, and volume to achieve all sales objectives versus plan.
- Accountable for the strategic Account plan, based on internal objectives, Marketing, Business Development, and Shopper Marketing plans, as well as external competitive marketplace issues and opportunities.
- Effectively manage internal and external relationships, meeting the agreed level of customer contact with all involved parties.
What will make you successful?
Qualifications & Competencies:

3+ years' experience of increasing levels of sales and supervisory responsibility in the consumer products (CPG) industry (CPG), plus a bachelor's degree in business or related field of study.

Minimum 2 year experience working directly with National Accounts - focus on
Loblaw Companies Limited Nationally()
- A high indepth knowledge of consumer products industry and an understanding on executing customer sales, order management, logistics and retail sales coverage.
- Ideally, this same high indepth knowledge and experience in Sales, Business Planning, Marketing and Customer Service.
- Strong analytics capability including a high level of excel.
- Knowledge/ease to leverage industry and partner tools such as Top Shelf and Walmart Retail Link.
- Ability to synthesize large quantities of data to relevant, actionable, insights, and recommendations.
- This position requires a winning positive attitude from a competent and competitive individual who can work independently and within a team.
- The position requires you to work in North York with some work travel in a fastchanging, highpace, fun work environment.
- Reporting directly to VP Sales & Marketing
