Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will lead the National Sales & Operations process for the Foodservice business. Your responsibilities will include forecasting/volume planning, demand planning, sales execution, business development, marketing and revenue management.

The primary objective of this role is to execute "best in class" performance on key company objectives with the development, implementation, and achievement of departmental goals and reporting targets.


Role Responsibilities:

Volume and Net Sales objectives, along with leading customer developmentAccount planning and execution accuracyProfit and volume attainment - improvementBusiness development within "white space" of sectorMaximization of trade investments and efficiencies aligned to business objectivesBusiness and category analysis.

Developing & presenting category management solutionsUnderstand and execute marketing plan sales materialMonitor trade activity executionEvaluate customer specific reportsCreate a detailed database of opportunities by customer, competitive landscape, financials, and timingManagement of several large accounts within the Foodservice sector.


Deliver on all role requirements which include:

achieving revenue, profit and volume targets while meeting account service expectationsQualifications:Post-secondary education in Business administration, Commerce or related field5+ yrs.

Consumer Packaged Goods (Foods)

Sales/Key account management experience.
Strong analytical skills & proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Strong negotiation skillsStrong business and financial acumen:
business analytics skills, customer P & L agility, ability to plan, track and evaluate trade managementDemonstrated ability to manage trade spendingSelf-Starter with track record of deliveringProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteMust have Multi Unit National Account experience - either Commercial or Non-Commercial sectors
