  • Experience using hiring platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter to source hard-to-find talent and build candidate pipelines; familiarity with CRM such as Manatal or Bullhorn considered an asset
  • Experience conducting behavioural interviews, pre-qualifying and screening active and passive candidates
  • Experience negotiating contracts and employment offers
  • Highly self-motivated and organized; excellent email and phone etiquette
  • Knowledge of and/or passion for the architecture/engineering industry
