Communications Production Manager

SCOPE
Reporting to the Communication Manager, the Communications Production Manager coordinates production of enterprise communications and is responsible for managing intake, prioritization, tracking and delivery of the Communications team's workload.
DUTIES
- Manage intake, prioritization, tracking and delivery of communications activities, products and events including:
- Updates to external communications channels and social media
- Production of virtual corporate events including monthly virtual allemployee and leadership meetings
- Assistance with the production of monthly inperson corporate events, large team meetings and other meetings as required
- Assistance with the production of executive reporting including Board reporting & Executive Briefs
- Management of corporate promotional inventory
- Lead and/or manage key Communications projects as assigned
- Review and edit written and video communications to ensure quality
- Provide guidance and coaching to Communications Specialists and colleagues drafting communications
- Steward Innovapost brand management
- Manage key internal stakeholder expectations and act as a communication coach for senior managers and executives as assigned
- Manage external stakeholder communications activities
- Contribute to the ongoing improvements of communication methodologies, standards and tools
- Research, analyze and recommend thirdparty solutions and expertise for communications products
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

Must Have:_

Communications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English required (bilingualism is an asset)
- 5 + years Demonstrated experience leading, developing, and executing strategic internal communications programs that align with business priorities as well as shape employee engagement and culture
- 5 + years Communications experience that includes a blend of employee, corporate and marketing communications
- 5 + years Experience with executive communications
- Storytelling skills with the ability to construct presentations and communications in a logical manner while being sensitive to a diverse audience's needs
Project Management
- Skilled at using workflow management and planning tools to track and report workload (Trello, MS Planner, Kanban, etc.)
- 5 + years Experience with running daily standup meetings/scrums and tracking/reporting the status of all inflight work activities while escalating any risks, issues or concerns
- 5 + years Experience in enterprise wide projects, initiatives, and organizational transformations involving change and communication activities
Stakeholder Management:
- 5 + years Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) to keep all stakeholders informed and ensure messages are clear to all levels of stakeholders, including senior executives, managers, business partners and technical staff
Nice to have:_
- Previous experience in a consulting organization and/or relevant, distinguished industry experience is an asset
- Experience in Project Management, Change Management or related field will be considered
