The Opportunitiy

As we continue to evolve, we are looking for a Director of B2B Sales to drive our B2B partnerships. As the Director of B2B Sales, you will assume a pivotal role within our organization, collaborating closely with our CEO, COO, and a diverse network of business partners and vendors. Your primary objective will be to drive B2B sales growth and devise highly impactful sales strategies.

Sales Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive sales plans and strategies aimed at surpassing the company's revenue targets. Continuously assess market trends and opportunities to inform these strategies.
Sales Process Optimization: Create, implement, and refine sales strategies and processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Identify and address bottlenecks and inconsistencies in the sales pipeline.
Forecasting and Budgeting: Lead the development of accurate and comprehensive sales forecasts. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.
Project Management: Lead critical strategic, organizational, and operational projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity, and operational efficiency.
Sales Technology Collaboration: Collaborate with the IT team to own, implement, integrate, and improve sales systems. Ensure the team's proficiency and adoption of these tools.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in the sales process and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
Sales Analytics and Reporting: Analyze pipeline and lead data and deliver periodic reporting to the sales and marketing teams providing key business insights. Typical reporting relates to Demand Generation, Pipeline Forecast and Trends, Conversion Rates, Target Account, Market Segmentation, and Win/Loss.
KPI Reporting: Report on key KPIs related to the lead and the opportunity waterfall in order to implement a consistent closed-loop between marketing and sales.
Data Quality Validation and Improvement: Through reporting and analytics, validate the quality of the lead and pipeline data and provide guidance to improve the overall data quality.
Marketing and Sales Information Monitoring: Monitor the quality of marketing and sales information and define data improvement programs.
Brand Ambassador: Enhance the company's market presence and foster positive relationships with key stakeholders through strategic initiatives and day-to-day engagement.

Experience & Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales leadership with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated capability in recruiting, training, leading, motivation, and mentoring sales teams.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate, present, and influence individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability in effectively communicating all facets of products and services.
  • Established track record in effectively positioning products and services against competitors, showcasing a robust ability to articulate the product and service line.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales management tools.
  • Establish robust strategic partnerships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management tiers.
  • Ability to prepare reports and analyze data in order to identify trends, make recommendations to operations and marketing.
  • Proven success working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial high-growth environment.
  • Maintain adherence to Brand Standards by ensuring that all sales and client interactions align with the brand's quality and service standards.
  • Demonstrated experience working in environments with a strong emphasis on company values, collaboration, innovation, and integrity.
  • Committed to learn, apply and champion King & Bay's values and leadership principles.
  • Deep knowledge of the fashion and luxury industry is an advantage.
